I am a daughter, a mother, and a grandmother. I am also a divorcee, a recovered alcoholic (18 years), a nurse, health & life coach, reiki master, and author. I see our community through many lenses. This unique vantage point gives you access to vast resources, training, experiences, and wisdom.
I have done things alone and failed. Not because I didn’t care or didn’t try. I had historical patterns of thought and actions that were stronger than what I was trying to create. I was stuck in my “system,” which was so routed in my habits, I couldn’t see how defeated I had become. And although I wanted to be an amazing mom, I unknowingly neglected myself, And I caused great harm to my family.
